Day 1: Depart from Dar es Salaam train
station at 08.30(on a Monday) National Park. Arrival at the
Udzungwa station will be at approximately 16.30.. Packed lunch and drinks will be provided for the train ride.
Cool drinks will be waiting for you on arrival at the campsite,
refresh and get ready for the evening round a campfire. Overnight a

Day 2: Morning hike and later relax by
the waterfalls. Overnight at Campsite, full board, full board.
Day 3: Depart
after breakfast for Selous Game Reserve. This will be a long drive
of 9 hours through some of the most scenic parts of Southern
Tanzania. Villages and the Uluguru Mountains dot along the way
compensating for the long days’ drive. You will make a short lunch
break by the road side arriving at the Camp by late afternoon.
Relax and refresh for dinner, overnight at Campsite, full board,
full board.
Day 4: Start
the day with a morning boat safari. Full day game drive with picnic
lunch provided. Take the full day to explore the reserve as the
famous explorers did in the yester years. Picnic lunch will be under
shady trees with a relaxation visit the hot springs. Return to camp
late evening in time to freshen up and for dinner. Overnight at
Campsite, full board, full board.
Day 5: Early
morning walking safari followed by later afternoon game drive.
Take
the rest of the full day to explore the reserve as the famous
explorers did in the yester years. Picnic lunch will be under shady
trees with a relaxing visit the hot springs Overnight

Day 6: After
breakfast depart for Kilwa.
Depending on the road conditions, this safari will take 7 hours.
Lunch en-route and overnight at Campsite, full board, full board.

7:
After breakfast, depart for a tour of Kilwa Kisiwani to
visit
the ruins and overnight at Campsite, full board, full board
Day
8: Day excursion to Kilwa Kivinje and
Kilwa Masoko. Overnight at Campsite, full board, full board.
The wealthy island city of Kilwa was the most important of trade
centre that flourished along the East African Coast from the 1100s
to the early 1500s. Kilwa Kivinje was a major 19th century slave
trading center. Roughly 20,000 slaves were exported from there
annually during the 1860's.
Day 9:
Early morning flight to Dar es Salaam.
