Day 1:
Transfer from Dar es Salaam to Selous Game Reserve. This
will be a
6 hours drive. Packed lunch will be provided. Depending on
the road condition and time of arrival, you will go for
boat safari. Overnight at the campsite/lodge/Tented
Camp, full board.
Day 2:
Full day game drive
with
packed
picnic
lunch. Overnight
campsite/lodge/Tented Camp, full board.
Day 3:
Start the day with a walking safari accompanied by an armed game
ranger. Thereafter, your driver will pick you up and drive back to
the campsite for lunch.
Later evening game drove and overnight at campsite/lodge/Tented Camp, full board.
Day 4:
Mikumi N.P. is Tanzania's third largest National Park and covers an
area of 3230 sq km. One of the principal features of Mikumi is the
Mkata River flood plain, an area of lush vegetation, which
particularly attracts elephants and buffaloes.
Overnight at
campsite/lodge/Tented Camp, full board.
Day 5:
Ruaha is approximately 5hrs drive from Mikumi. This is one of the
most scenic routes in southern circuit, villages, hills, mountain
and
local agricultural
farms
are some of the
attractions on this route. Overnight at Ruaha National Park
Huts/Lodge, full board.
Day 6:
Accompanied by an armed ranger, we start the day with a morning
walking safari followed by afternoon game drive in the park.
Overnight at
campsite/hut/Lodge, full board.
Day 7:
Full day game drive with full board accommodation at
campsite/
Huts/Lodge, full board.
Day 8:
Early Morning breakfast then, depart for Dar es salaam by road or
flight.
