Day 1.
On arrival in Dar es Salaam International Airport, meet
and greet by Msafiri Travels Guide and transfer to Hotel, bed and
breakfast
Day 2: Have
breakfast with the your manager and discuss the itinerary. There
after head on to Selous Game Reserve. Overnight Lodge, full
board.
Day 3: Start
the day with an early morning walk and end the day with a full game
drive. Picnic lunch will be provided and return to the camp just in
time for dinner. Overnight at Lodge, full board.
Day 4: Boat
safaris on the Rufiji River bring you as close to the aquatic
animals as possible. Evening game drive and overnight at Lodge,
full board.
Day 5: An
early start as we head towards Mtwara our last town in Tanzania
before crossing to Mozambique. This will be a full days’ drive. Over
night at Hotel,
full board
Day 6:
Cross the boarder at Rovuma and into Mozambique and to Micomboa de
Praia.
Overnight at Hotel or Guest House, bed and breakfast.
Day 7 & 8: Morning
Transfer to Ibo Island. Enjoy the white sandy beaches. Overnight in
guesthouse, full board.
Day 9: This
day will be at leisure and you can choose to go diving or simply
relax on the beach. The diving is lead by a well-qualified PADI
instructor. Overnight at Hotel or Guest house, bed and
breakfast.
Day 10: Ilha
de Mozambique: This is where modern Mozambique derived its name.
Unesco has declared this beautiful Island a World Heritage Site.
Overnight in a
HOTEL or GUEST HOUSE,
bed
and breakfast.
Day 11:
Start the day with a village tour. Afternoon will be at Leisure.
Overnight at
HOTEL or GUEST HOUSE
bed and breakfast.
Day 12:
Depart in the morning for Pemba for your outward flight connection
to Dar es
Salaam
