Day
1:
Pick up from the airport and transfer to
Hotel, full board, or direct transfer
to Gombe
Stream depending on time of arrival.
Day
2: After breakfast
transfer by boat to Gombe and overnight at
Tented Luxury
Camp, full board.
Day 3: Tracking the chimpanzees and
overnight at Tented Luxury Camp, full
board.
Day 4:
Tracking the chimpanzees and
overnight at Tented Luxury Camp, full
board.
The
tracking usually starts early in the morning and this can vary from
half an hour to four hours depending on where the chimpanzees will be
located. As you track the chimpanzees in the thick forest, you will
pass through beautiful sceneries and hear thrilling sounds of birds,
insects, monkeys and other inhabitants of the forest.
Day 5: Return to Kigoma by boat to catch the flight for Dar es
Salaam.
